Personal training is for those who need 1 on 1 time with a coach. Whether you are injured, wanting to work on a skill or just need some extra help, we can help you reach your health and fitness goals through personal training.

Fundamental I.D (Individual Design)

Think “Personal training meets Group Class”
If you are frustrated with the way your body looks, feels, and performs, then The Fundamental I.D membership is for you. You get four days of personalized programming that is written based on your needs and goals.  Every single exercise you do will be intentionally programmed to help you improve and get better. No more scaling workouts for the sake of completing the workout. The first portion of Fundamental I.D classes is spent on your individual design. A coach is always there to ensure correct form and intensity. Then, the last portion of Fundamental I.D classes everybody comes together to complete the daily MetCon together. The MetCon will also be individualized if needed. We have an app that we use to provide you all of your programming so you can know what to expect in the coming week, and monitor your progress. This way you get the individualized programming and attention you need, along with the team element in being with and around other like minded people who are striving to look, feel, and perform better!

Group Functional Training

A training style/program that incorporates functional multimodal movements, performed at relative high intensity, and designed to improve parameters of general fitness and performance. Out of town Drop-Ins welcome! Please email us to let us know which class you plan to join
